**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

**Shipping Time**
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, the delivery time can vary depending on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays once the items have been dispatched. For updates on the location and estimated delivery time of your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Refund Policy

Please Note: We do not issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped.

If your order is in transit with USPS, please contact the carrier directly or wait for the delivery. Once an order has left our warehouse and is with the carrier, we are unable to process any refunds.

**Satisfaction Guarantee**
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@morenabeachtan.com within 10 days of receipt to initiate a return and refund process.

**Return Process**
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:


1. Email us at hello@morenabeachtan.com to start the return process. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for our response. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned products.
3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
4. Ship the product as per the instructions provided. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Damaged or Faulty Products**
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@morenabeachtan.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty product.
